For nearly a decade evo had operated with an internal ‘understanding’ of its brand where campaign concepts were flown through the most tenured employees or even bounced off the CEO. I was given the opportunity to work with a team to develop this brand officially, giving name to these longstanding agreements and creating the first brand book. Allowing evo to scale to its next chapter of the business.
